Your withdrawable, locked, and bonus amounts make up your Joe Fortune account balance, which remains visible at the top of any page. With a bonus in play, keeping track of how the funds are removed from your account is simple.
First, let's understand what type of bonus you have currently:
Certain bonuses may have restrictions on some games in our Casino. This is specified in the Bonus Description along with the rollover or playthrough requirement.
Deposit Bonus
When you redeem a deposit match bonus, your deposit amount will be locked until the playthrough requirement on your bonus is completed. The deposit amount is reflected in your Locked Balance and to differentiate, the bonus amount is reflected in your Bonus Balance.
When you place a bet, funds are deducted from your account in the following order:
For example:
You have a Withdrawal Balance of $50.00 from previous winnings. You deposit $50 in your account and claim a 50% match bonus. You receive $25 in bonus funds.
Your Account Balance will look like this:
When you place a $10 bet on your favorite Casino game, the funds are removed from your Withdrawable Balance first.
If your bet’s risked amount exceeds the Withdrawable Balance, the difference is taken from the next balance in the above-mentioned order.
For example:
You want to win bigger, so you bet $75 instead. Since you only have $50.00 in your Withdrawable balance, the difference will be subtracted from your next available balance - Locked Funds - as shown below:
Winnings generated from bets are distributed proportionately to the corresponding balances used.
Example:
Let’s say you place a bet for $20 using your bonus funds. If that bet is a winner, the winnings will return to your Bonus Balance if the rollover/playthrough hasn’t been completed. This applies to all active balances (Withdrawable, Locked, and Bonus Balances).
Cash/No-Deposit Bonus
When you redeem a Cash/No-Deposit bonus, the bonus amount is reflected in your Bonus Balance. Unless a deposit bonus is already active, the Locked Balance remains nil.
When you place a bet, funds are deducted from your account in the following order:
For example:
You receive a cash bonus of $10. You have a $20 Withdrawable Balance from previous winnings.
Your Account Balance will look like this:
You place a $10 bet on your favorite Table Game, the funds will be removed from your Bonus Balance first.
If your bet’s risked amount exceeds the Bonus Balance, the difference is taken from the next balance in the above-mentioned order.
For example:
This time you bet $15 instead. Since you only have $5 in your Bonus Balance, the difference will be subtracted from your next available balance (Withdrawable Funds), as shown below:
Winnings generated from bets are distributed proportionately to the corresponding balances used.
Example:
Let’s say you place a bet for $10 using your bonus funds. If that bet is a winner, the winnings will return to your Bonus Balance if the rollover/playthrough hasn’t been completed. This applies to all active balances (Withdrawable, Locked, and Bonus Balances).
