What is a tip bet?

When playing Blackjack there is a 'T' icon to the right of the Main Bet. Clicking this 'T' will place a tip bet for the Dealer. If your hand wins, the casino will DOUBLE the tip for the dealer. If your hand loses, the tip loses too but your dealer will know you tried.
